Using a Supply type Skill grants Tactical Acceleration to self and allies within range. While Tactical Acceleration is active, weapons instantly reload with available Rounds and Movement Speed increases while firing. However, weapons do not reload if no Rounds are available.
Tactical Acceleration, cannot be triggered again for a certain duration.
