Notes

The most unusual and unique lifeform discovered so far in the Axion Plains, it is taxonomically presumed to be an arthropod.

However, the segments of each leg have degenerated to a reduced level, making identification difficult.

Nevertheless, its rigid exoskeleton, lungless breathing, and unique circulatory system confirm its arthropod nature. These are not biological features unique to the Vulgus, but rather traits found in arthropods indigenous to Ingris.

The most notable feature of the creature is its visceral organ, which discharges a distinctive digestive fluid. It is of particular interest because the fluid contains a high level of Void Energy.

This means that this mystery creature had the ecological potential to utilize Void Energy to break down organic matter, or to consume and digest Void Energy itself. The exact ingestion mechanism is unknown, but is a very important case that hints at the possibility of energy-based biological activities.
