Order of Truth Investigation Report - Vulgus Biomaterial Analysis Results

Recorder: Albion Headquarters Medical Corps, The Red Arms 1st Zone Combat Medic Mina

After analyzing the unidentified raw materials, all tanks within the investigable area were checked. All of the samples from each tank contained large amounts of human DNA. To confirm the link to those previously missing from Albion, 100 samples of the relatively intact DNA found among the raw materials were isolated and matched against the missing persons list, with a 99.9% match rate.

However, as with previous analyses, Arche was not detected. This suggests that the Vulgus were intentionally selecting humans with Arche.

It is unclear exactly how the Order used these humans with Arche, or if they were even used. However, in a recent incident, the Vulgus stole the serum of the Descendant "Jayber Kylard" to create an enhanced Vulgus army. It is not out of the question that something similar could happen again.

However, there is no sign of any further selection of Arche-wielders in the Order's facilities. It is likely that the Arche-wielders have been relocated outside of White-night Gulch.

In addition, we found several other tanks stored nearby underground. The tanks contained a Vulgus serum and muscle tissue growth accelerant. The discovery of large quantities of the various ingredients needed for biological cultures suggests that the Order of Truth's Vulgus production facility, which had only been speculated to exist, is real.

Furthermore, based on the mass of material required to create a standard-sized Vulgus, the amount of biomaterial currently found could produce enough Vulgus to outnumber the entire Albion army by more than twenty to one.
