1. Incident Sequence

A total of four members of Squads 1 and 2 of Strike Team 1 who carried out Operation A-O410-Z were receiving treatment at the Casualty Treatment Center in the Colon Special Forces Command Room, known as "Room 0," after the operation. At that time, No. 6, who had relatively few injuries, gave an operational debriefing to No. 0, the commander of the operation, and the debriefing lasted about 10 minutes. After the debriefing, Commander No. 0 exited from the Casualty Treatment Center. At this time, members No. 11 and No. 14 of Squad 2 simultaneously complained of pain, followed by member No. 9 of Squad 1. Unidentified green smoke spread from their bodies, and soon the three members mutated into the Order of Truth "Zealots," identified according to the Albion Military Classification. 2. Incident Ruling

Autopsies revealed toxic bacteria that caused genetic mutation in the bodies of the four members deployed in Operation A-O410-Z.
