To prevent destruction, we induce destruction. Simply put, a decoy operation. Public backlash is fierce, but simultaneously, this is our only chance to continue this research. If this research is conducted in the Albion Mountains and the hypothesis becomes a reality, Albion might truly be destroyed.

Building it on the Axion Plains was a necessity to me not as a human, but as a scholar. At the very least, we can protect Albion. We can secure time to observe the progress of our research and, crucially, for the evacuation of Axion's citizens. We can respond if events unfold within predictable parameters, not when they appear in entirely unforeseen locations.

I will gladly accept the scholars' mocking nickname for this project, the "Coward's Project." They insist we should focus on preventing Dimensional Breaches, not luring Colossi, but we must continue to push forward without failure, starting with these small tasks we can accomplish.
