Notes

The subject possesses a number of features that were not previously observed in the Vulgus. Both its outer and inner tissues are composed of special organic matter previously unseen in the Vulgus.

Judging from the molecular makeup of the matter that shows over 99% similarity to the Colossus organic matter found in the Void Vessel, this may have been the result of an attempt to fuse the Colossus organic matter with the Vulgus. The DNA also exhibits a wide range of mutations that make it impossible to identify the original species, which is typical of physical changes caused by the Colossus organic matter.

Most importantly, the subject's RNA actively absorbs information from the surrounding environment as well as their DNA to undergo mutation. This can be seen as an extreme mutational response that accelerates adaptation to environmental changes that normally take generations to occur in a matter of minutes.

As such, the subject appears to be able to actively counteract Arche abilities, the Descendants' means of offense. If this ability is manifested by the Colossus organic matter, then perhaps even the Colossi are constantly mutating and evolving to adapt to their environment.
