[Axion Plains Interim Reconnaissance Report 2]

This is Dominique of 22nd Recon Squad.

Reporting on the discovery of a suspicious enemy aircraft. It appears to be a Legion of Darkness Assault Ship that has undergone some sort of specialized modifications.

The aircraft appears to be a troop transport. Its underside has been reinforced with a special device that would allow soldiers to easily drop to the ground. Based on this, I've named aircraft the Vulgus Special Assault Ship.

The enemy seems to be using these aircraft to transport troops across the Axion Plains. This leads to a suspicion that the Legion troops in the Axion Plains are unable to use transmission relay devices for some reason.

However, I've noticed that the aircraft's armor is quite heavily reinforced. It's evident that several layers of armor were added to increase defensive capabilities at the expense of increased weight. In most cases like this, the multilayered armor plating tends to maximize ballistic protection, meaning standard firearms are unlikely to be effective.

In future operations in the Axion Plains, we'll need to deal with these assault ships by delivering a large impact all at once or using explosive projectiles.
