The story behind this flashy weapon skin is as follows. There was once an attempt to increase the charge capacity of the Thunder Cage's electromagnetic charge. However, the excessive output, that even the Descendants' bodies couldn't handle, meant this experimental weapon was ultimately repurposed as a weapon skin.
